Minimum criteria for entry is (1) National time standard and a desire to be competitive on a National level. This group focuses on qualifying for Olympic Trials every 4 years. Minimum training sets for entry include:

30x100 @ 1:10
4X200IM @ 2:45

National Group Coach: Janine
Workout Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays@ 4:30-7pm

Each family, after accruing there volunteer hours and fundraisers*, may choose one of the following

  • 2 free months of Masters Swimming (you must join USMS $61)
  • 2 free ½ hour sessions of stroke work with a KASC coach
  • KASC or VMSC Swim Club Towel
  • KASC or VMSC Swim Club Bag

We work with all types of budgets ( so don't get discouraged on the pricing)

Swim Meets are required, to attend swim meets to practice racing for Senior 1 Group
